Where does Leaf’d ship to?
Our products ship within all 50 states of the United States as well as Canada.
When will my order ship?
Processing times will vary depending on vendors, but most orders ship within 1-3 business days. You will be notified as soon as shipment is confirmed via the email used at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are typically shipped via USPS Priority, so depending on your location from the vendor, orders will typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Some vendors make their products to order, so there will be delay for production time.
Can I track my order?
When your order is shipped out, you will receive an email with your tracking details. If you do not receive this email within 5 days of order, please let us know via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the US & Canada.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Leaf’d offers returns for most items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. You can refer to the product details when inquiring about specific returns, found under the ‘Shipping & Returns’ tab of the product. Items will be refunded to the original form of payment unless otherwise notified from vendor brands. Some items, like skin products or food items, are only available for final sale.

What if I want an exchange?
