-All orders are processed within 3 business days. If we are expecting a high volume of orders, delays are expected. We will notify you if the delay occurs for more than 5 business days.
-Shipping rates are based on the weight & price of the purchase. When the customer checks out, the shipping rates are shown.
-If customer does not purchase shipping with insurance for lost or stolen packages, we are not responsible. CLOVO is not liable for any products stolen or lost during shipping. If your order is lost/stolen, please contact the shipping company directly.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
-Each shipment will receive a shipping confirmation and order tracking number to the email that is provided. If no email is provided, we are not able to send the shipment confirmation and order tracking information.
CLOVO will happily accept returns for products purchased on CLOVObrand.com within 14 days of the order delivery date. Unfortunately, we will be unable to offer you a return or exchange after this 14 day period. For any questions regarding our return policy please contact our Customer Care team at email@example.com with "Return" on the subject line of the email.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be new and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be emailed to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after initial customer delivery
