Since our products are unique to various brands, shipping and delivery times will vary depending on each vendor’s shipping terms. You can find specific shipping times within each product by finding and reading the ‘Shipping’ tab.
Our products ship to all 50 states within the US as well as Canada.
We find, you buy! Our marketplace is updated daily with new products that are vetted and screened through a criteria of sustainability- so you can rest assured your purchases are helping, not hurting.

Here are the INSTRUCTIONS to import or export your products. No template needed.
We do not have access to your Vendor Dashboard. In order to check and make sure you have setup your products correctly, please follow these steps:
1. Look up your products under whichever categories you listed them. Review your variables and descriptions. Instructions to setup variables are here: https://wedevs.com/docs/dokan/vendor-dashboard/products/
2. Add your products to the shopping cart.
3. Go through the shopping cart process until the payment step. If your shipping comes up correctly, then you are good to go.
4. If the shipping does not come up, then you need to read the shipping directions page, follow the steps and re-test.
Our Marketplace system does not allow for uploads from Shopify at this time. Currently you can load your products manually or by bulk CSV inside the Vendor Dashboard.

Once you submit the form it takes 24-72 hours to get your approval email.
There is no commitment or contracts to being a vendor. If for whatever reason you no longer wish to be a vendor, you can send us an email at [email protected] to terminate your account.
Leaf’d accepts all credit and debit cards via PayPal.
Signing up as a vendor is a breeze. Fill out the short form on the Vendor Registration page here. Once you submit, please give our team up to 3 business day to review. During this time, our team will review your brand to ensure fit. Once approved, you will receive an approval email to which your account will be activated and you can begin setting up shop.
Leaf’d is passionate about uniting the sustainability movement by recognizing business practices within the areas of environmental, social, ethical, and food safety. Such brands that demonstrate conscious standards are assessed by their ability to fall within at least two of the following standards:
- Made in the USA (or Canada): By producing within the country, you are opting for premium goods, supporting the local economy, creating jobs, and lowering the carbon footprint.
- Locally Sourced: Refers to food and other products that are grown or produced, processed and then sold within a certain area.
- Recycled, Repurposed, or Up-cycled: Products made from already existing materials, fabrics, metals or fibers.
- Cruelty Free: Products are manufactured or developed by methods that do not involve experimentation on animals.
- Vegan: Products contain no animal resources.
- Sustainably produced: Practices which inflict minimal or no harm on the natural environment.
- Fair Trade: Reasonable work hours, no child labor, a fair living wage, environmentalism, and social policy in areas related to production of goods are taken into account.
- Zero or Low Waste: Production and shipping involves minimal or zero waste and water production.
- Charitable Giving: Gives back to the community or organizations that support social justice or any of the standards above.
You make conscious products, we sell them! Once you are approved through our criteria of conscious standards, we allow vendors to sell on our platform, at no monthly costs or commitments.
